iFaTIIC2017 is organized by the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). The focus of iFaTIIC2017 is aligned with the National Higher Education Strategic Plan's third thrust which is Enhancing Research and Innovation among Malaysians.

With this year's theme, "Acculturating Innovation, Invention & Creativity in Food and Tourism", we are looking for creative and innovative ideas that will shape the future of food and tourism industry. Let's put forward your concept, prototype, model, research design, formula and new recipes to the world.

The extended abstracts will be published in a proceeding with ISBN, subject to author registration and payment.
